So I took a Basic rider course which involved an online and "on the handlebars" training. It was good to get some feedback on what I need to focus on for a more controlled ride. Here is a short clip of one of the tests:
This morning I got up and went on a ride up to Pineview Reservoir via Ogden Canyon. Then proceeded north to Eden. Headed west up the mountain and down to North Ogden and continued west to an awesome little town called Warren.
My goal was to see if there was a way to get to Promontory point without having to get to it from the North side. I came to an Air Force gate and was unable to proceed. Then south from there along the very west side of the valley.
So I wanted to make sure the jetski is operational for when we go up to Bear Lake for girls camp in a couple weeks. Cleaned out the garage, and got it out and out on the water up at Willard Bay. Need to take it out at least 4 times to make the annual state parks pass worth it.
So I've been watching a bunch of youtubes on Motorcyle safety and came across this channel: https://www.youtube.com/@DanDanTheFireman
And he's an instructor and Motorcycle Training Concepts He has a booklet of drills. Here is Isaac and me practicing at the church parking lot:
